Food has been in my blood since I was a kid washing dishes in diner kitchens. By 19, I was managing a restaurant I helped build from the ground up. Growing up in NYC and NJ, my wife and I ate everything, cooked everything, made other people's recipes our own. Moving to Pueblo in 2024, the idea finally clicked: stop cooking just for us. The Chopped Cheese is the sandwich we never stopped thinking about, so we stopped missing it and started slinging it. NYC bodega original, now in Pueblo, CO
