Food has been in my blood since I was a kid washing dishes in diner kitchens. By 19, I was managing a restaurant I helped build from the ground up. Growing up in NYC and NJ, my wife and I ate everything, cooked everything, made other people's recipes our own. Moving to Pueblo in 2024, the idea finally clicked: stop cooking just for us.
